What an amazing stay! The location was perfect - we had a stunning view of the animals right from our balcony. The hotel's offers were so diverse, from animal rides to photo booths, there was always something to do. But what we enjoyed the most was the night safari! We had the opportunity to see snakes, owls, and even hedgehogs while walking around the resort in the company of knowledgeable and friendly staff.
The breakfast, it was really crowded and we had to wait in line for a long time. Also, the taste of some dishes was a bit off. However, we decided to explore the area and found some great local restaurants nearby where we had some delicious food. Overall it was a fantastic stay and we would definitely come back!

Looking for a fun, filled family weekend getaway? This destination has everything! From viewing animals on the savanna, to feeding giraffes, parrots, and even Choki the dog. Enjoy the cold infinity pool or venture to the Safari Park nearby. Staff are accommodating to children, and the mini, zoo is well, maintained. Eating is also a pleasure, with a good variety of food and even Bintang. Pamphlets are handed out in advance outlining daily activities, such as nightly storytelling, which takes place around the pool.
At busy times, especially during high season, crowds can be overwhelming, and queues for popular attractions such as the giraffe feeding can be long.

Located in the heart of nature, this hotel is a great place for a family trip. the surrounding landscape is breathtaking and vibrant. the hotel offers a diverse range of activities to keep children entertained, including a mini zoo with well-maintained animal habitats. the hotel also offers a night walk in which you can experience the delight of observing wild animals up close.
The food was not up to par with our expectations. the meals were limited in their selection and quality.
